Then go back to the FF plug-ins and see if that getplus 1.62.63 and the Adobe DLM in extensions have been removed as a result. Then after those three are Removed/Deleted, Delete the NOS folder. Then do the same with the gp.ocx and the getplusplus_adobe.exe. So, go back to the NOS folder (bin) and right click on getplus_helper.dll and Remove or Delete whichever option that gives you.
